What Is EmailStack Then, Eh?

What Is EmailStack Then, Eh?

I get asked this a lot — “So… what is EmailStack exactly?”

The short answer?
It’s a group of products (and people) focused on making email actually work — the way it should — for the teams who use it every day.

The slightly longer answer?
EmailStack is a holding company that builds and grows a suite of email marketing tools. But it’s not just about launching shiny new software. It’s about solving the real, messy problems that email teams deal with — the production bottlenecks, the deliverability headaches, the fragmented workflows.

So, I thought I’d give a quick update on what we’re building, what’s live, and what’s coming next.

✅ EmailLove Figma Plugin

Email Love Plugin is our first product — and it solves a simple but painful problem: how do you get that beautifully designed email out of Figma and into your ESP without relying on a dev or breaking the brand?

The plugin lets designers export responsive, production-ready HTML emails directly from Figma. No fiddling with tables. No extra dev time. No breaking the grid.

It’s already being used by agencies, ecomm brands, and enterprise teams who want to move faster and stay on-brand.

🧠 EmailLove Pro (launching July)

Next up: we’re launching a new product called Email Love Pro.

This gives you deep visibility into how top brands send email. You’ll be able to explore data by sector or brand — including:

  • How often they send
  • The most common send days and times
  • Subject line patterns (length, emoji usage, etc.)
  • Their deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
  • What ESPs and tools they’re using
  • Whether they’re optimised for dark mode, responsive layouts, and more

It’s kind of like BuiltWith, SparkToro, and SimilarWeb — but for email.

This is especially useful if you’re running email for a brand or managing clients. You’ll finally have the data to back up your gut instinct — or show your boss/client what “best in class” actually looks like.

The Pro price will be approx. $99 a month

🔍 Mailyser: QA + Deliverability for Email Marketers

Mailyser is our take on an email QA and deliverability tool.

Think Litmus or Email on Acid — but with less fluff, and more marketer-friendly insight.

Instead of drowning you in techy results, Mailyser surfaces the stuff you can actually do something about — broken links, missing alt tags, domain configuration issues, spam triggers, etc.

It’s already helping teams catch issues before they hit “send” — and avoid the “why did it go to junk?” panic afterward.

We’re continuing to expand the product with real-time alerts, inbox monitoring, and deliverability recommendations tailored to what actually works today (not 5 years ago).

💼 Email Love EDS Services

Email Love Services are the human side of what we do.

It’s a collection of pre-built, reusable, brand-approved components — layouts, modules, blocks — that anyone on the team can use to build high-quality emails quickly.  we can create one for you in Figma, and use our plug to turn into code with one click.

What ties all this together?

Some of our products are PLG (product-led growth). Others are sales-led.
Some are self-serve. Others are services.
Some are aimed at designers. Others at marketers, devs, or agencies.

It’s not a perfect playbook. It’s not a “category-defining platform” that does everything in one tool - because we know that doesn't work!

But that’s kind of the point.

We’re building this stack based on how real teams actually work with email. Not the clean version you see in a VC pitch deck — the messy, overlapping workflows where one team uses Figma, another uses Salesforce, someone else uses Outlook (for some reason), and nobody wants to touch the DNS settings.

EmailStack is here to make that whole process — from design to QA to deliverability — smoother, faster, and more reliable.

This post is the first in a series where I’ll share more about how we’re building EmailStack:

The strategy, the mistakes, the wins, the weird in-between bits.

If you work in email — or if you’ve ever tried to untangle the chaos of getting a single campaign out the door — you’ll get why we’re doing this.

More soon.
In the meantime, we’re always up for a chat if you want to test the tools, geek out over email design, or just swap horror stories about Gmail clipping issues.
